In an era with an ever-growing culture of online shopping and social media marketing, THE BARN establishes itself as a shared space for community connection and enjoyment. By creating a permanent market-style venue for local artisans, THE BARN works hand in hand with the Westown Square tenant mix, creating a first-of-its-kind retail shopping environment that will make this one of the region’s most popular local and tourist destinations.

RESTAURANT LEVEL
The upper level of THE BARN will feature two locally operated restaurants that will be complemented by a craft brewery on one side and a wine bar on the other. The wine bar will include a wine shop selling hand-selected offerings to be tasted on-site or taken home to enjoy. While each of these quality spaces is designed to give patrons a full sit-down artisanal restaurant experience, their location around the central atrium on the upper level will allow the ambience of THE BARN to flow throughout.

MARKET LEVEL
The lower level of THE BARN is home to The Market which consists of a craft market, a coffee shop, a central dining atrium with an event space, and a food market. Designed around the experiential concept of meandering through a traditional high street market, shoppers can explore the streets of the craft market, grab something fresh to eat from a local vendor in the food market or sit and enjoy a coffee or drink while watching local musicians perform in the atrium.
